I am a Mphil Clinical Psychologist (RCI), dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in overcoming emotional, behavioural and mental health challenges. I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship, difficulties, and I also provide therapy for children and adults. My approach is client centred and evidence based drawing from CBT, DBT and humanistic therapy while tailoring sessions to meet each person‘s unique needs. I believe in creating a safe, not judgemental and compassionate. Space where clients can explore their challenges, build residence and work towards positive change. My goal is to empower people with practical strategies for emotional well-being and long-term growth.
