Refund Policy
This policy explains subscription cancellation, consultation refunds, refund processing timelines, consumer rights, and dispute escalation for SheHealy users. It is governed by the laws of India and applies to global users of shehealy.com.

Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You retain access to paid features until the billing cycle ends.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a monthly cycle.

Payment Gateway - Refund Processing
- SheHealy is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe).
- Once approved by SheHealy, refunds are submitted to the payment processor within 2 business days.
- Actual credit to your account depends on your bank or card issuer - typically 7-10 business days.
- If a refund has not appeared after 15 business days, contact your bank before escalating to us.

Joining the Physical EIVA waitlist is free and carries no financial commitment. No charge is made until a purchase is confirmed.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
