- Annual plans are billed upfront.
- Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Pricing is in INR for Indian users; international pricing displayed in applicable currency.
Consultations
- Consultations are conducted by independently registered healthcare professionals.
- SheHealy is a technology intermediary facilitating healer-patient matching and appointment booking. SheHealy does not employ the healers.
- Each healer's qualifications, registrations, and experience are displayed on their profile.
- Consultation sessions are 50-60 minutes unless otherwise specified.
- Clinical records are maintained per Indian medical record guidelines (minimum 7 years).
Google Calendar Integration for Healers
Eligible healers may optionally connect a Google Account to synchronize confirmed SheHealy appointments with a calendar selected by the healer. The integration is not required to use the healer portal. By choosing to connect it and approving Google's authorization screen, the healer authorizes SheHealy to use the permissions described below for this feature.
- The calendar.calendarlist.readonly scope is used to read calendar identifiers, names, primary-calendar status, and access roles so the healer can select a destination calendar.
- The calendar.events scope permits calendar-event access and is used by SheHealy to create, update, move, and delete private events managed by SheHealy for confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled consultations.
- SheHealy does not request the userinfo.email or userinfo.profile scopes and does not use the Google UserInfo API to access the healer's Google profile or public personal information.
- A synchronized event may include appointment date and time, consultation mode, the healie's first name, an applicable in-person location, and a link to the appointment in the healer portal.
- The healer must connect only a Google Account and calendar that they are authorized to use and must keep their Google Account secure.
- The healer may disable synchronization or disconnect Google Calendar through the healer portal and may also revoke access through their Google Account settings.
Disconnecting stops future synchronization and clears SheHealy's stored OAuth credentials and selected-calendar details. It does not necessarily remove events that were already created in Google Calendar; the healer remains responsible for reviewing or deleting those existing events where appropriate. Appointment records retained independently within SheHealy remain governed by these Terms and the SheHealy Privacy Policy.
Google Calendar is a third-party service provided by Google. Its availability, security, authorization process, and service changes are outside SheHealy's control and are subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. SheHealy does not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by Google, internet connectivity, expired or revoked authorization, calendar permissions, or changes made directly in Google Calendar. Healers should verify critical appointment details within the SheHealy healer portal.
SheHealy handles information received from Google APIs as described in the SheHealy Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
Practitioner Standards and Responsibilities
- All healers must maintain valid registration with their respective regulatory body (NMC, RCI, INC, or equivalent) throughout their engagement.
- Healers are responsible for maintaining their own professional indemnity/malpractice insurance.
- SheHealy verifies registration credentials at onboarding. Healers must notify SheHealy immediately of any change to registration status.
- Healers are solely responsible for the clinical care they provide. SheHealy's liability does not extend to clinical malpractice by independent practitioners.
- SheHealy reserves the right to suspend a healer's profile pending investigation of complaints, registration issues, or conduct concerns.
- Separate Practitioner Terms & Conditions govern the healer relationship. See shehealy.com/practitioner-terms.
EIVA - AI Companion
- EIVA is powered by large language model AI technology.
- Responses are generated by AI and are not reviewed by a human in real time.
- EIVA does not retain memory across sessions by default unless you have consented to session history.
- EIVA will always redirect crisis situations to emergency helplines and human professionals.
- EIVA responses may be inaccurate - do not rely on them for clinical decisions.
User Conduct in Consultations
- You agree to attend booked consultations punctually.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward healers will result in immediate account suspension.
- Healers reserve the right to end a consultation and decline future bookings if conduct is inappropriate.
Confidentiality
All consultations and EIVA conversations are confidential except where: (a) there is a serious and imminent risk to your life or others; (b) disclosure is required by a court of law; (c) you have given explicit consent to share. Consistent with Mental Healthcare Act 2017, Section 23 and global clinical ethics standards.
Platform Availability - Important Notice
- SheHealy targets 99% platform uptime. This is an operational target and not a contractual guarantee.
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.
- SheHealy is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.
- No refunds or service credits are issued for downtime below the 99% target unless expressly agreed in a separate service level agreement.
